EPP Open Calls bring us directly into communities.
People step in front of our camera, sometimes without knowing exactly what they are going to say.
We photograph them. We listen. We ask questions.
And somewhere inside those conversations, extraordinary stories begin to surface.
Some remain portraits. Some become conversations. And some become documentary films.
A two-day Open Call costs approximately $4,900 before travel.

Open Call
We enter a community and create a place for people to be photographed and heard.
Discovery
We listen for the stories that deserve deeper exploration.
Documentary Production
Selected stories move into interviews, filming, travel and production.

The story is carefully edited and shaped into a documentary episode.
Screening & Conversation
The finished story reaches an audience and creates conversations beyond the person who originally told it.
